I think Maude works on its own. I can't think of any full names for it.

Jem: Jemima, Jemma, Gemini if you want to spell it Gem. I suppose Jamie, Jamaica, or Jamisha, but those would be a bit of a stretch.Romy: Rosemary, so everybody on here seems to think. Romaine? Romelle? Roma?maude: TThis is not a nickname. It's a name in its own right and has been for centuries.

Jem - Jemma (I prefer it to Jemima)
Romy - Roma, Romina, Rosemary, Rosemarie
Maude - I prefer Maude on its own, but it could work as a nickname for Matilda / Mathilda / Mathilde.

I don't think Maude needs to be a nickname. I would use it as a full name, although obviously it works for Matilda (although most people won't understand). Jem could be:
Jemima
Jamesina
Jemma
JessamineRomy could be:
Rosemary
Romola
Romilda
Rosemarie
Roma
Romina
Rosamund
Romanaor a Ro- fn and a M- middle name, like Rose Matilda.

I like Jamesina "Jem." I didn't think of Jessamine, but that would work well too.
