Oh my, I have the same problem, though what I find what I like so far is Charlesetta and Charliza! But if you are more for conventiality then go for either Charlene or Charlotte!

Thanks for the suggestions! I've never really liked the name Charlotte. I like Charlene but I've had many bad experiences with girls named Charlene and I just couldn't see using it on my kid.
I've had a hard time settling on a name that starts with "Char" or could be used with the nn Charlie. I've been looking for awhile now.

Same, it hard to find names that sound good as well fit in without being too unusable!
