I love Noah on a boy, but it's just silly on a girl. It's like naming a girl Michael or Thomas. Maybe Norah or Nola instead?

I don't care for Reenie at all, but it works as a nickname for Regina, Rhiannon, Rena, Irene, Irina, Carina, Katarina...

But Noa is a legit female character in the bible.... not quite like naming her Thomas. Oh and apparently it's a feminine Japanese name as well
