I'd pronounce it luce-ee-ann-ah or luce-ee-arn-ah, I'm not sure where I'd put the emphasis. I like it, as I do much "Luce-" names, my favourite is Lucia, followed closely by Lucinda. I used to love "-ana" names but now I find them too frilly and overly elaborate which how I feel about Luciana.
