Underrated!
Well, dated and underrated. Sounds mature ... but still virile and competent, not effete.
I like it. It's a little generic from overuse. I'd like it more if it were pronounced RIK- instead of RITCH-. The -ard ending has no appeal for me at all. But, Rich and Rick are cool names. IMHO
