1.Which of these is best?
Knowing your family names, I'd definitely say Jessalind Hope. Not knowing them, I'd say Persephone Hope, with the side note that I can't think of nay nicknames for it that I'd like.

2.How would you pronounce Poesy?
with 3 syllables, so pretty much 'poetry' with an s instead of tr
3. What is your favorite spelling of a name pronounced Poe-see?
Posey would be best I think (Posie would work too, but looks like a misspelling of Rosie to me)
