Persephone Hope is my favourite, it flows really nicely and I love the name Persephone.
Leilah and Jessalind aren't really my style, although I do love Jessamine.
I would pronounce Poesy PO-zee, like Posy. I would spell it Posy, it's the most intuitive with the pronunciatino.
