It's kind of cute, but a little ridiculous at the same time. I think you need to have the right personality to be able to pull it off. I'd use it as a nn for a "Co" name if I thought my child suited it.

It makes me think of Courteney Cox and David Arquette's daughter. I love the name Coco Arquette (it works because she's kind of a celebrity in her own right lol).
