[Opinions] Scipio
This name has always been a GP for me. I was just looking through The Thief Lord again and was reminded of how much I adore it.

Yay, The Thief Lord! Great book. And Scipio is a nice name. Two of my very favourite names come from that book too, Prosper and Bonifatius. :)

Wow. Great character names, especially Prosper and Bonifatius! How does one pronounce Scipio? I've heard both "SIP-ee-o" and "SKIP-ee-o." Or is there a third way. Just curious. An intriguing, time-traveling name, is Scipio.

SKIP-ee-o is how it's said in the movie and in a documentary involving the Roman general. The book is a very good read. It goes fast and is well written.http://www.amazon.com/THE-THIEF-LORD-ARC-Scholastic/dp/B006VAFMMO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1372390613&sr=8-3&keywords=the+thief+lord
