Perhaps as a Spanish speaker, I don't hear "anally" or see "anal". And despite what people see, I think the spelling Analia is so much prettier than Annalia - the extra "n" doesn't look quite right to me.
That being said, Liliana still gets my vote. I think it's a very pretty name.
