[Facts] Do either of these names have comparable names in English?
I just learned that these two first names were those of my mother's parents. I have no way of asking this question to my mother. Thank you for any information.

Filomena in English is PhilomenaNext time, please search on the main page of Behind the Name. If you had done so with Filomena, you would've seen that Filomena's the Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese form of Philomena; if you'd clicked on Philomena, it would've told you it was used in English and German.Vitocala's not in the database yet, and I haven't seen it anywhere before. It reminds me of a combo of Vita and Calla though, so maybe simply Vitacalla would be the English form.
