There is also Georgette. It should be possible to devise an Irish spelling for Georgette, like Seoirsead [Warning: I don't know Irish good enough to ensure that this spelling is correct. I made it up from Seoirse and Sinead.]

Revisiting this old thread, I looked up some more sources and the correct spelling should be Seoirséad (note the acute accent above the second e). It is not a frequent or well-known Irish name.
