I've never actually heard the name Eveline, but I would probably pronounce it "Evv-a-Lyne or -leen. For the pronunciation you're suggesting, it doesn't make sense to an English speaker. Evelina would do that.Not fond of any of the names anyway. Evelyn seems like it would make the most sense, and if you want to commemorate your grandmother, it seems like just using her name is the best way to do that; it's just a shade disrespectful to say you're honoring her when you've not only altered the spelling of her name but have given it a whole new pronunciation that has very little in common with her name.
