[Opinions] Twins I met
I was at a diner and met a pair of two-month-old twins named Audrey and Lorelei. What do you think?

Oooh, I really like those two together! They're very 50s-era glamorous.

I love the names and think it's a great sibset.

In my accent, the first syllables of both would have the same vowel sound. Could make communication tricky! As for the names, I dislike them about equally. I would regard those twins as a couple of, no doubt beautiful and charming, missed opportunities.

Very cute set, I like it a lot.

They are very nice names, I like that they aren't matched. Lorelei has a pretty sound, but I can't see past the German lore.

Love Lorelei, I want to like Audrey but I just can't

Very nice names.

I've always liked Audrey, while Lorelei has always had an awkward sound to me.

I'd be pretty happy to meet an Audrey and Lorelei sibset. I like both names, Audrey more than Lorelei, but neither are my favorites. They're cool, though. They have a 30s vibe to me.

Cute, but a little mismatched I think. Lorelei sounds a little hippie-dippie to me whereas Audrey sounds very classic. It's nice to see those names being used though.

Hate Audrey, Lorelei is okay.

It does sound a bit mismatched, but it's not terrible.
I like Audrey, but not Lorelei.

I think Lorelei sounds fresh and young but not silly so will grow well with her wheras Audrey brings to mind tired, old and grumpy.:0)

They're refreshing, as in they're not exactly names you'd see every day. They're quite established, and they go well together without being cheesy or matchy or rhyme-y. They're not my style and I wouldn't use them, but I can't say that I dislike them, and the thought of seeing little Audreys and Loreleis around doesn't bother me at all. =)

I think it's cute!

Ooo, I like the pairing. I would have been so tempted to ask what their middle names are. :)

It's okay, not bad, although I think the pairing would have felt more timeless with Audrey and Laura.

Agree, Audrey and Laura would be better.

Hmm. At first I was going to say they were too mismatched, but for some reason I think they work together. They both have darkish sounds that remind me of water. (Both of them are difficult to picture on a two-month-old, but I guess they'll grow into the names. Just looking at the names I'd picture them as pre-teens at least.)

Audrey would not seem antiquated, but next to Lorelei they both do. It's very contrasty though. Audrey's so down-to-earth and friendly, Lorelei's so ... not.
