I would guess it's pronounced tah-EES like the opera, and I really like it.

I wouldn't have the first notion how to say it. Thy-ees? Ty-ees? Thay-ees?

It's Ty-ees. It turns up now and then where I live, not super popular but a known name.
I quite like it..a little bit "arty" but works for the right family.
