From yours I like:
Damian, Rufus (but probably not enough to use it), Gideon, Henry, Arthur, Lewis, Theo (prefer it as a nickname), Aurelia
And Maybe these: Freya, Beatrice, Lark

I love Leonora, can't believe I forgot to put it on my list. I've always loved it in a sibset with sisters Aurelia and Eloisa - any thoughts on that? Ophelia would pair nicely as well, though I prefer Aurelia if the two are too similar. I like almost all your girls names, actually, with the exception of Klara and iffy on Nova.
I'm definitely down with Theodore nn Theo, and from yours I like Leo (but not with sister Leonora), Caspian, Felix, Maximilian, and maybe Sebastian.
How's this for a family format?

I like that format!
I don't like Eloisa at all though. I like Eliza, but maybe not enough for using it?
Not sure.
I guess Aurelia is okay. Do you like any nicknames for Leonora? My favorite is Lea.
Theodore and Maximilian for the twin boys maybe?Henry for one of the others?

Shall we do Emilia from your list instead of Eloisa?
I like Lea for Leonora, though I tend to say Leo instead, just because Im more used to the Portuguese Leonor, where the O sound is really prominent.
Theodore and Maximilian work great for twin boys. I like Henry by itself but for me it's got a very classic British feel whereas the others are much more multi-cultural European. Felix, Sebastian, and maybe Damian and Gideon seem to fit a little better with the other names. Thoughts? And we can always axe one of the boys, three instead of four.

I like Felix and Sebastian more than Gideon/Damian. Maybe we could go with something like Sebastian Henry, Felix Gideon??

I agree, and think those are great combos. So we have:
Felix Gideon (unless you prefer Sebastian as oldest)
Leonora
Emilia
Sebastian Henry
Theodore / Maximilian
Aurelia
So onto more combos... What do you think of either Leonora Alice or Emilia Alice? I also think Maximilian Arthur has a nice ring to it. In general, I like pairing shorter names that don't end in a (Alice, Sylvie, Margot, etc.) with the long girls names we've got going on.

I kinda like Leonora Alice, not sure if I love the flow though. But we can use it if you want to. I like Maximilian Arthur, too.
Would you be willing to use Nova as a middle name for one of the girls? Emilia Nova, Aurelia Nova?
Some more combo ideas:
Leonora Sage
Leonora Beatrice
Leonora Willow
Emilia Beatrice
Emilia Emmeline
Emilia Penelope
Emilia Calliope
Emilia Noelle
Emilia Vivienne
Emilia Sofia
Aurelia Beatrice
Aurelia Lark (maybe)
Aurelia Isadora
Aurelia Eleanor
Aurelia Scarlett
Theodore Lewis (or Louis?)
Theodore Edward
Theodore Isaac
Theodore Jude
Theodore Rhys
Theodore Noah
Theodore Silas
Theodore Maxwell
Not sure what kind of boys names you like, so I just made some combos from names I like. Is there a specific middle name you would like to use?

I really like Aurelia Beatrice, and pretty much all of the Theodore combos (although I think Maxwell is too close to Maximilian). My favorites are Theodore Edward, Rhys, and Lewis, so whichever of those you like best is fine by me.
I agree the flow on Leonora Alice is a little off. I sort of like Emilia Vivienne, although I prefer the cleaner Vivien spelling. But I would be okay using Nova if you really like it. In any case, here are some middle name suggestions... like any?
Claire, Maeve, Violet, Sylvie, Tamsin, Ivy, Juliet, Rosalind, Martha, Ingrid, Astrid, Eve, Eva, Charlotte, Jane, Joan, Marguerite, Isabelle, Isobel, Marianne, Lisbeth, Helene.
I guess my style is classic and historic for boys, with a romantic twist for girls. Definitely British influenced.

I like Aurelia Beatrice a lot, but I'd be willing to use Aurelia Maeve or Aurelia Tamsin as well. Do you want to use one of those? If so, you can choose which one.
I like the sound of Theodore Lewis the most, shall we go with that one?
I don't like any other spellings for Vivienne, maybe we should choose another middle name then?
Emilia Maeve
Emilia Tamsin
Emilia Ivy
Emilia Juliet
Emilia Astrid
Emilia Isobel (prefer this spelling with Emilia)
Do you want to use Leonora Alice even though the flow is a bit off, or should we look for a new middle name? I like combos with a good flow, but it's not super important to me so I'd be willing to use Alice if you want to.

I really like Theodore Lewis too. For me, top girl picks are Emilia Isobel and either Aurelia Beatrice or Aurelia Maeve. You can pick!
Still not sure about Leonora Alice. Is Leonora Beatrice too long of a combo?

Nah, I think Leonora Beatrice works! You don't say the whole name that often, so I think it's fine. Any other ideas, or should we go with that one?
