Shall we do Emilia from your list instead of Eloisa?
I like Lea for Leonora, though I tend to say Leo instead, just because Im more used to the Portuguese Leonor, where the O sound is really prominent.
Theodore and Maximilian work great for twin boys. I like Henry by itself but for me it's got a very classic British feel whereas the others are much more multi-cultural European. Felix, Sebastian, and maybe Damian and Gideon seem to fit a little better with the other names. Thoughts? And we can always axe one of the boys, three instead of four.

Emilia is okay for me!
I like Felix and Sebastian more than Gideon/Damian. Maybe we could go with something like Sebastian Henry, Felix Gideon??

I agree, and think those are great combos. So we have:
Felix Gideon (unless you prefer Sebastian as oldest)
Leonora
Emilia
Sebastian Henry
Theodore / Maximilian
Aurelia
So onto more combos... What do you think of either Leonora Alice or Emilia Alice? I also think Maximilian Arthur has a nice ring to it. In general, I like pairing shorter names that don't end in a (Alice, Sylvie, Margot, etc.) with the long girls names we've got going on.

I really like Aurelia Beatrice, and pretty much all of the Theodore combos (although I think Maxwell is too close to Maximilian). My favorites are Theodore Edward, Rhys, and Lewis, so whichever of those you like best is fine by me.
I agree the flow on Leonora Alice is a little off. I sort of like Emilia Vivienne, although I prefer the cleaner Vivien spelling. But I would be okay using Nova if you really like it. In any case, here are some middle name suggestions... like any?

I really like Theodore Lewis too. For me, top girl picks are Emilia Isobel and either Aurelia Beatrice or Aurelia Maeve. You can pick!
