Name: John Alexander Balster (25)
Career: Math Teacher
Bio: John grew up in the middle of nowhere with plenty of siblings, and plenty more friends that he had known his entire life. He has a passion for learning, particularly math and science. He's incredibly selfless and has a big heart. At the age of 17 he moved out on his own, and he was in a difficult (sad) place in his life. It was when he moved to the city that he met Gracie, and she changed his life.
Partner Two
Name: Gracie Susannah Patefield (24)
Career: Parole Officer
Bio: Gracie had a very different upbringing than her partner, John. She grew up in a dysfunctional family, and mostly kept to herself. She has a passion for getting to know people and their stories, and loves to help those in need. Gracie is quirky and spontaneous, which is how she won over John.
Relationship
John and Gracie met when he was 17, and she was 16. Gracie walked into the coffee shop that John was just walking out of, and he was so captivated by her natural beauty that he spilled his drink all over her, which somehow led to a few long hours of conversation and phone numbers being exchanged. It only took them a few months, and much time together to realize that they were in love, and could not live without each other. They're each other's other halves, always know what the other is thinking, and can spend countless hours together without getting annoyed. When Gracie turned 18, they moved in together, and just last year tied the knot in a simple, small ceremony, just like they wanted. Now that they are settled into their jobs, their home, they are ready for their long, happy life together!
