Bio: Damien grew up as an only child of loving parents. He was never particularly academic, but was a natural with people. He is often considered to be too trusting, and it is exactly why he ended up being a single parent to his son, Laurel. Damien has recently taken over his father's business, and is quickly learning the ropes of running a restaurant. It's time consuming work, but he loves it, and knows that once things are running smoothly again, he can spend more time with his family.

Bio: Linnea grew up as the youngest of three. She has never been particularly close to her family, and was never one to think out her decisions. This meant that she was married at 19, a mother at 21, and divorced at 22. Since having her son, Linnea has gone back into studying, and plans to teach.

Linnea and Damien met shortly after Laurel was born. Linnea had just finalised a divorce from her childhood sweetheart, and Damien's girlfriend had just left him with their son. The two initially were friends, and supported one another as they came to terms with being single parents. The two began dating, and are very much in love. Noelle is the first child the two have together, and though she was born earlier in the relationship than planned, the couple are happy.
They live together in a small house, with the boys sharing a bedroom, and Noelle sharing their bedroom for the time being. Damien and Linnea seem to be a match made in heaven, and are taking things carefully, wanting to make sure they don't end up in another messy break-up.
