I have no idea who Vincent Crabbe is, but I never read the Harry Potter books. I don't think that many people will have the association.
Personally, I don't like Vincent. To me its a mix between a mobster and a nerd. I don't know how I have that image, I just do. I also don't like the nicknames Vin or Vinnie.
