round 2 update (since I never actually wrote one...)
Franny and Damon have been fighting a lot about money since Hazel was born. Franny is more strict about spending than ever, and feels Damon is really irresponsible with his spontaneous purchases. They're both on edge for quite a while, until Franny proposes that they each withdraw a small amount of cash each months for random, personal purchases. Franny feels a lot better knowing how much Damon's spending, even if she doesn't think it's cool that he bought a Chia pet for $10 just because, "I always wanted one." As a side benefit, she is able to give herself permission to buy some of the little things she denies herself, like nerdy star wars socks. Damon realizes that his little purchases really were adding up. He still thinks the chia pet was totally worth it, but he chooses not to buy the key chain with the funny saying on it because he'd never use it anyway.
Both are thrilled when they learn Franny's pregnant again. They have a scare when, at seven months, Franny falls off a latter during a photo shoot. She breaks her elbow, and despite her pregnancy the doctors recommend immediate surgery. Unfortunately the worst happens, the surgery sends Franny into preterm labor. The next two weeks are some of the worst of her life as goes in and out of labor, but the doctor's eventually get it under control. Her son, Miles Ulysses, is delivered via c-section at thirty-six weeks.

Round 3
Franny is a wreck after her shoulder surgery, pre-term labor, and eventual C-section. After some encouragement from Damon, she quits her job as a retail photographer to take some time to recuperate and spend time with her young children. It's very difficult to recover with a baby, and Franny goes to sleep crying some nights because she's too exhausted to enjoy her new baby. Then one day, Miles is almost ten months old and Franny is startled to realize she's feeling okay. She'd been feeling okay for a while. She's getting over it.
It's hard to go back to work with two kids under five, so she doesn't. Franny starts a freelance photography business, mainly doing wedding and engagement photos. She only takes a handful of jobs a month, but it does help. She and Damon finally tie the knot, mostly because of love, but partly so that Franny can get on Damon's insurance.
Damon convinces Franny to make one big purchase. He's always been interested in tropical fish, and decides to start a tank. He starts very easy, with three clown fish. He names them Lincoln, Kedzie, and Pulaski, after streets in Chicago. Franny teases him for being egotistical, as his name is a street name as well.
