Stanley and Eleanor wanted to wait until they were both well-established in their respective fields before they considered having children, so it wasn’t until several years after they got married that they even began trying. Then, on their fifth anniversary, Eleanor announced that she was pregnant and both Stanley and Eleanor couldn’t be more thrilled! (Not to mention Sam and Anna are excited to finally have a grandchild to spoil!) Stanley and Eleanor would like their son’s first name to be Shakespearean and for his middle name to be the name or surname of a scientist, inventor, or mathematician.

They met when Arthur was taking some photographs of a minor-league baseball game for the website he worked for; Arthur’s boyfriend was one of the players. They hit it off immediately, and began dating shortly afterwards.
