First, I think of Embry as a feminine name.
Now, Ember. I love this name. It's a feminine name as well, and has a lovely feel. I picture a young girl with red hair; not ginger, red; brown eyes, and freckles. It's a lovely name, and I just love it. (sorry for all the "love"s)
