[Opinions] Sunday

At least you've avoided Sundae! But really, it's just silly; the sort of "name" a little girl might give a doll.
I used to hate days of the week used as names. But recently I've fallen in love with the name Sunday too, especially as my husband is so fond of it. We've actually considered it for our baby due in March.
I think it's pretty. Of the weekday names, it's certainly the most brightest, noblest, virtuous-est.
Friday is free and wild, Saturday is free and lazy, Monday is brisk but kind of gloomy, Tuesday is industrious, Wednesday is sort of bright and free, Thursday is comfortable and contemplative. I think they work fine as names. It would be cool to see the practice get more popular, I think.

I can't see it as a name. It's a day of the week, a dessert, but not a name. Sorry.
I suppose Sunday is the best of the weekday names because it offers the cute nn option, Sunny. Still, weekdays as fns is a practice that is nms. I don't mind if others do it. In fact, I used to know a woman named Tuesday. Her birth name was Barbara, however, she'd been called Tuesday since forever. It suited her.
Hmm well. There's Tuesday Weld and Friday from "Robinson Crusoe" and Wednesday from "The Addams Family" but I think those are definitely one-person names. I bet some people would think it's "Sundae." I can't see it as a name.
I think it's lame, and I think all the other day-of-the-week names are lame too, especially Wednesday.
It's all right. I think it's neat and wouldn't mind seeing it on other people's children.
Of the days of the week, I like Tuesday best as a name.
