Britney or Brittany and Courtney are not "trailer trash" names. Lots of middle-class people use those names. And don't be such a class snob in calling people "trailer trash" to begin with. Stop judging people by their income, it's very unattractive.
I know that Poppy is popular in Britain but I'm glad that it isn't in the US. It's utterly ridiculous. Britney and Courtney would not be my first choice in naming a daughter, but if I were forced to choose between them or Poppy, I'd definitely go with Britney or Courtney.
Even though I find Poppy ludicrously stupid, and know that it's a popular name in Britain, I'm not going to follow your lead in using that fact to insult British taste in names in general.
