[Opinions] Hypothetical twins
Hypothetically, would it be tacky, cheesy, whatever if (opinions about the names themselves aside)one twin had the middle name Lamb and the other had the middle name Ari, Ariel, or Lev?

General response to everyone...
Thanks, all. I was going for the Lamb of God/Lion of Judah reference. I'm in love with Lamb and just don't really like any of the "lamb" names (except Rachel, but that's off limits; it's my aunt's name and I my cousin may use it).

Not unless the person looked it up. The average person doesn't know what names mean, which is why so many people jump on the idea that they can make up their own meanings. Once the person knows, though, it's kind of whatever. Middle names don't really matter.
Not weird or tacky or cheesy at all. Well, maybe just a tad. But a) it's a middle name and b) people don't know meanings. So it's fine. If you're going for the Biblical reference of the lion laying down with the lamb, it's kind of cool.
I had to look up that ri/Ariel/Lev means lion, so no, to your average person it would not register as cutesy or cheesy or anything like that.
However, once you do know, it is pretty lame.
Also, Lion and Lamb theme for twins is kind of verging into Prussian Blue territory: Prussian Blue is a band or musical act with two sisters named Lamb and Lynx, whose main schtick is that they are the children of fairly famous white supremacists and are popular with that particular segment of society and have been featured in many documentaries about that ideology.

If they were meant as the animals, it would probably be less funny to the "Lamb" twin. I don't know about you, but I want to be the lion, LOL.
If you meant it as the nouns describing Jesus, then that would work, since they would be equal in that sense.

Assuming you are referring to the Lion and Lamb being Jesus Christ I would not want to be the Lamb, the lion is the leader of the pack, the king, the strongest and most powerful, and the lamb lies down to be slaughtered.
If you were going to do this theme, Lev/Ari with Agnes or Una would be better. I prefer themes to be subtle, and I think that Lamb is kind of awful anyways.

True. :) I was going more for the "like Jesus" perspective. :)
