I think Felix and Theodore/a are great together. In fact, my son's name is Theodore "Theo" and Felix is on our short list if we have another son. For what it's worth, I like Theodora nickname Theo/Thea too, and had considered using it had he been a girl. I really like Frederick and Winifred as well....I like Freddy for a nickname for both a boy and a girl too =)
