I dislike it for 3 reasons.
1. Yes, I think it it's to tied to the twilight series. Although the first names in that series are useable, I don't think this one is because, as a surname, it was rarely used as a first name before the twilight books came out.
2. It is a surname and I dislike surnames as first names generally.
3. It has the word "cull" in it, as in "kill a certain number of a species in order to control their numbers". Not a nice word or association.
