I don't love it, but I don't detest it either. I've known several Alicia's, prn "uh-lee-sha". I do like the sound of "uh-lee-see-uh" better, but haven't ever heard any with that spelling prn that way.
I have to agree with Roxstar. I hate Alice. It sounds so old lady-ish and pathetic!
