Mmmm...
I don't adore both names, but of the two, I like Heather better.
That said, I think Cecily sounds and looks better as a sibset with Frances.

I love Heather SOOOO much, too! Maybe I'll be able to use it on a future daughter :)

I agree- Frances and Cecily sounds better than Frances and Heather. Xx
