Millie is hard to shorten but I've been called Mill and Mills by close friends and family every now and then which I don't really mind because it's not a regular thing.
In terms of my sister Ellie, I sometimes call her Elle, but I seem to call her Eleanor more often than not, which is more of a longname than nickname! Everybody else calls her just Ellie.
