Anyone have information on the name Curren (my middle name John Curren Chapman) not to be confused with Curran)? Background Scotch-Irish. My Grandfather, Father, Myself and my Son are all named John Curren Chapman Sr., Jr. 111, and 1V. We called my Grandfather "Curren", My Father "Buck", my Self "Jack" and my Son "Curren". Johnny Appleseed (John Chapman) was a cousin.
