I think it's great! Totally due for a revival, and in the same style as other recent comebacks like Lila/Isla, Cora/Nora, etc.

Ida Lucinda
Ida Josephine

Something old-fashioned complements it well, I think.

I'm glad you like the name. :) I, too, think it's ready for a revival.

I like your suggestions of Ida Louisa and Ida Josephine. Ida Lucinda could grow on me.
