This page (http://www.forvo.com/word/fairbairn/) has an Englishman saying it like Fairburn. This guy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDGHKyB3T_U) says it with 'air' sound though. This guy though (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zd421fLcnSA) also says it like Fairburn. That seems to be the most common pronunciation.
