I really don't like the name Dexter, sorry. It reminds me of the TV show Dexter's laboratory, which was not really one of the highlights of my childhood :) However, if I had to pick, I like Dexter Francis and Dexter Ray the best of your combos. Possible other combos-
Dexter Isaiah
Dexter Joseph
Dexter Michael
Dexter Marcus (Actually I think any Dexter and mn starting w/ M sound pretty good together)
