I have an in-law named Socorro, but everyone calls her Cora.

My first thoughts are Corinne, Coralie, and Coraline. -

I like Corinna.

Corinna would be my choice to get a Cora. As much as I like the other Cora names (Cordelia, Coralie, Coraline, etc) I find it to be the sweetest.

I really like Corinna.
