I don't think Eliza and Jaime go well at all. Eliza is more classic and feminine and Jaime is more modern and unisex. You do seem to like filler middle names though (Marie, Renee, Grace) so they go together.

I think your best overall combo is Eliza and Thalia although if I could switch things around I would go with Eliza Maria and Evelyn Grace (even though I don't mean to put two E names together, I just prefer Evelyn over the other names).
