First thought is Joscelin... then I did a search for Jos* to see if there was anything else and there wasn't really, unless you're cool with a variant of Josephine like Josefina, Josefa, Josiane, etc. There's Josune and Josette too... those were the only ones I could think of/find tbh. Maybe someone else can get more creative lol
I guess technically you could use it a cutsie nickname for any "Jo" name though tbh

I second Jocelyn (or alternate spellings). Had a good friend with the name (and nickname). She also went by Jo-Jo.
