A stretch, admittedly, but it doesn't hurt to mention it---perhaps Jacinta, a name I like. First syllable starts with a J and ends in the S sound, same as Josephine. Also, I think Josie could conceivably be used as a nickname for Joanna or Joanne. Jo has been used as a nickname for those names, and adding the "see" sound at the end of it isn't too much of a stretch, I don't think, just seems to be further endearing.
