Hmmm. I once knew a Royanne. She was an older woman, older than me, very nice woman. She told me that she'd been named after her father, whose name was Roy. Yeah, so Rayanne sounds as if she was named after her father Ray, and I do see that you stated it could be combination of Ray and Anne. I don't really like how either Royanne or Rayanne sounds.
