Not really loving these names but I would pick Conner and Bailee. A lot of people think Bailee is masculine but the only one I've ever known was a girl a grew up with. Not sure is you mean it for a boy or girl here. Noah is too trendy and Grant is old man-ish and harsh. Samantha is an awful name and Bella is too twilight/dog name/popular
