I LOVE Lafferty Ellis. Seriously love it!Still can't get behind Wason Sean, no matter how often I see it. Sorry :( All I think of is a clogged drain, for some odd reason.

Sorry, but I personally think Wason and Lafferty as fns for real people are horrible! I think Sean Lafferty and Ellis Wason sound so much nicer and will also age better. You still get to use the maiden names that way.

omgOh my goodness YES. Sean Lafferty and Ellis Wason are incredible! I even like Wason, something I did not think possible, next to Ellis like that. You are a genius angel from heaven. Miracles!

I guess I think that Wason and Lafferty are kind of weird as first names >_<
It's cool that you're honouring those maiden names but why don't you put in them in the middle? Sean Wason and Ellis Lafftery.
I still don't think the flow is great but if you really want to use those them then I think they're better in the middle!!I like Ellis and Sean together :D

The idea of using two maiden names is kind of cute.As always, I really dislike Wason and even moreso with Sean.Lafferty is interesting, though. I love Rafferty to bits, but somehow Lafferty is only almost-good for me. It feels a bit cartoony. Not terrible though. And Ellis is very nice. Ellis Lafferty maybe? Would Rafferty Ellis count as honouring Lafferty? :)

In a funny kind of way, Wason works better combined with something equally out-there. I read an article long ago in The Times which referred to a couple who named their son John. When he started school, he was the only one and eventually came home, flung down his bag and berated them for not giving him a normal name like Wayne or Jason. That said, I'd still reverse the order for both of them. Sean Wason and Ellis Lafferty would be really, really nice!

For me, the names do not resonate. I don't like surnames as first names in general with few exceptions, and these are no such exception. Wason seems like it is mocking Jason. I don't like the repeated s in the combo Wason Sean, and I feel that Lafferty, if used, should have a middle name beginning with a consonant to avoid the situation where the y is tacked onto the middle name, requiring a glottal stop for perfect clarity. They're just rather wacky.
