Gervacio is from the Latin name Gervasius (see http://tinyurl.com/mzrhjs7). Vicente is a Spanish form of Vincent whose origin you'll find at http://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=vincent. I don't know what the Filipino name Aizhel means.
