I think Eileen, and especially the spelling Aileen, is quite pretty, very friendly and more up-to-date than a lot of lene names, especially Arlene and Darlene.

I always thought Aileen Wurnos's name combination was attractive: Aileen Carol, but obviously that's not a very good idea, as a single Google search will show.
