I remember seeing this in a book too. "I, Coriander" I think it was called but I never read it just saw it around in the library. It had a very glum and boring cover.
Anyway as a name I don't like it at all. I can only think of the nice tasting plant!! I guess I'd get used to it if I knew someone called that and at least the word has a nice sound but I'd never use it.
