[Opinions] Hispanic/Arabic sister set
I met a Syrian-Cuban family from Miami the other day, with sisters:Victoria
Diana
Claudia
Christina
Sophia
Camille
EstelleThoughts? I think Camille and Estelle might be Camila and Estrella on paper, but nobody calls them that. I double checked the spellings of Christina and Sophia... they're definitely Hs.

Victoria and Camille are some of my favorite names. They're lovely names. I think they're a very nice sibling set. The ethnic equation doesn't really stand out to me, at all. Unless they were going for an ethnic standing, I don't think it matters in the globalized setting we have these days.I'm sure they're all lovely people. :D

Is it surprising because you expected more ethnically-obvious names? I suppose I would, but I know so many people with names that technically have nothing to do with their ethnicity that I take it in stride. I would find it surprising if half of them had very Spanish or Arabic sounding names and the others had very English names.
As for the sibset... 7 girls! Whoo.
I like the names. Camille is a fav of mine, ad Victoria and Diana are GPs - as they are just so royal and elegant but DH shot them down. Christina and Sophia are not really on my radar; I would never consider them. Christina was just sooo popular when I was growing up, and I have a zillion people named Chris in my family. So, any Chris name just looks boring to me. Sophia (while pretty) is too trendy to consider. Estelle is great. I like Estrella better... but the Spanish pronunciation is very specific, so I can see why they go by Estelle in Miami.
