What would you name twin boys if their first names had to start with the letter E??

I would definitely try to avoid naming twins with the same first initial... So while my current favourite boy names that start with E are Edwin and Everett... I'd probably go Edwin and Ezekiel, so I could call them Edwin and Zeke ;) They'd be Edwin James and Ezekiel Jeremy.

I'm not entirely sure about this combo. My favorite E names are Evan, Elliot and Eamon, but Evan and Eamon sound too similar for my liking so Evan and Elliot will have to do.

Elliott Ludvig Maximus & Edmund Tobias Ambrose.

Basically my 1st and 3rd favorite boys combos, in that order, only with the first name in the 3rd changed from Nathan to Edmund, so I could do this correctly. So, very easily done. :)
