I like Meirion, Sophia, Ellen, Mali, Lili Martha, Stephen, Mari, Ceridwen, Macsen Gwyn, Maria, Mabon, Haf, Tomis, Elwyn Neil, Hari, Elsi, Jean, David, Gwilym, Oliver Wyn, Idris, Catherine and Mary. Is Macsi just like Maxi?

Yup, there's no x in the Welsh alphabet. It's an odd one! and I'd be willing to bet she's the first one ever. Maybe they wanted a female form of Macsen, or just liked the sound.

I'm currently trying to decide if Macsine is cool or looks too much like a cold medication to be nice.

It might be good if you wanted to call her Mac (or had a cough:) But it wouldn't work in Welsh. The old-school female version would be Macsena, which I've never seen, but a lot of Welsh-speakers don't like the -a feminine endings 'cos they're borrowed from English, and the -i ending is more 'authentically Welsh', so that's probably why they went with it.
I am clearly a terrible Welshwoman because I actually quite like Macsena. :/

I like Mascena too. It's very...femme fatale. Macsi is cute, but Macsena has undeniable oomph.

These are great!I'm really loving Elsi Nora Blodwen and Oliver Wyn. Eifiona is also really pretty and one I haven't seen before.
