Definitely Rosalie! So lovely. So fresh. Rosalie Seraphina would be a great complement to Evangeline Alice.

Rosalie Seraphina and Evangeline Alice works best imo.

Rosalie, hands down.

RosalieI far prefer Rosalie. Roselle sounds retro in a way that I don't especially care for. But Rosalie is soft and pretty. I know a Rosita and I think it's quite pretty also.

The old German woman who is the secretary at my church is called Rosel and I like that spelling better.

Hmm, to be honest... not a huge fan of either as a twin set to Evangeline. At first glance, I would have gone with Rosalie, as it feels more complete, familiar and sweet. However, Rosalie does not match Seraphina, or Evangeline. Evangeline (Alice is fantastic with it btw) and Roselle is ok, but Roselle in underwhelming next to the fancy Evangeline. Roselle is a very pretty name, don't get me wrong... but it's missing a bit of frill comparitively. If I had to choose of the two, I would reccommend Roselle... but may I make a few suggestions, without straying too far from what you want? These would be a little closer to Evangeline's style:
Rosalind Seraphina
Rosabella Seraphine
Rosalia Seraphina
Rose-Marie Seraphina

I prefer Rosalie in general, but Roselle Seraphina sounds better.

Yai, so hard! Evangeline is one of the coolest names ever. I think Roselle sounds better with Evangeline (will she be Evvy for short? Adore Evvy ^_^ ) and is twice as awesome a Rosalie, which is pretty but a little meh. So, Roselle. If I could, I would change it to Roselle Seraphine because I think it flows a little better :)

Roselle has so much more flair than Rosalie, so I vote for Roselle Seraphina.

Rosalie, it sounds like more of a name to me, whereas Roselle sounds made-up and fake, Rosalie has a much nicer and smoother sound.
Rosalie Seraphina is a very elegant combination.
