Josephine - Jo, (mojo)Jojo, Josie, Seph, Fi, FifiI don't personally like Victoria or the nicknames for lovely Josephine, but I just wanted to put those options down! I hope this helped somehow! Don't forget that surnames or middle names are perfect territory for nicknames! Maybe her name is Mary Claire and a friend started calling her Eclair, for instance.
